These terms and conditions apply in respect of any use of Shaping Norfolk’s Future message bank.   

In this agreement the term:

 'Image' means any digital image, which may be offered for the purposes of Reproduction;

'Reproduction' means any form of publication or copying of the whole or part of any image 

Any changes to terms or conditions set out herein are effective only if agreed in writing by both parties.

All materials on this web site are copyright Shaping Norfolk’s Future or Norfolk Tourism, unless otherwise stated.

Images are supplied on loan, no property or copyright in any images passes to you.

Reproduction rights for a product or product packaging, which is to be sold for profit, will require written agreement from Shaping Norfolk’s Future.

Reproduction rights are not exclusive to you.

Reproduction rights granted to you may not be assigned, nor may any Image be loaned or transferred by you to third parties save for the purpose of the Reproduction rights granted.  

Any Reproduction rights granted are by way of licence and no partial or other assignment of copyright shall be implied.
